Whether you’re looking to keep your body healthy and strong during your pregnancy or looking to recover after the birth of your precious little one, Charlotte would love to help you. Charlotte is qualified in both Pre and Post Natal Physio-led Pilates. Being a mum herself also gives Charlotte a lovely understanding of what the body goes through during this precious stage of your life, and how important it is to give yourself the time and rehabilitation you deserve after pregnancy and labour.

Charlotte also has a special interest in the menopause. She has attended specialist Physio-led Pilates courses and is experienced in tailoring your exercises and workouts to support your body while you go through the menopause. Charlotte is also currently digging even deeper into her Menopause studies as she is attending an amazing menopause course that covers not only exercise and movement, but also nutrition and mindset.

All Women’s Health appointments are currently one-to-one appointments. Charlotte has previously hosted classes for both Pregnancy and Post Natal recovery, and these services may return in the near future. Watch this space!
