My name is Charlotte Chapman and I am a Chartered Physiotherapist (BSc First Class Honours). I am a member of the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy and am registered with the Health and Care Professions Council. I have also trained at the London School of Sports Massage and hold a Level 5 Diploma in Sport and Remedial Massage Therapy.

Physio-led Pilates Classes are suitable for most people, both men & women, whether you’re looking to improve your fitness or wanting to treat an injury. My classes are the ideal way to help you strengthen, stretch and tone your body in order to prevent and treat current and old injuries. My Pilates classes will leave you feeling relaxed, balanced and strong.
I have trained with the Australian Physiotherapy and Pilates Institute in Matwork Pilates and Pregnancy / Post Natal Exercise.
Pilates can help you stay fit and healthy both during and after your Pregnancy. As these classes are Physio-led you can relax in the knowledge that you are exercising safely at all stages of motherhood, from Pregnancy through to your postnatal recovery. Practicing Physio-led Pilates will help you to stay strong and supple, whilst working on breathing and relaxation techniques and retraining your pelvic floor muscles. My classes can help you stay more comfortable throughout your pregnancy and speed up your postnatal recovery.
