QUALIFICATIONS: Physiotherapist BSc (First Class Hons). MCSP. HCPC Registered. Sport and Remedial Massage Therapist (BTEC Level 5). APPI Physio-led Pilates Matwork and Pregnancy / Postnatal Exercise.
Charlotte has trained and worked in outstanding NHS teaching hospitals and private hospitals; including Parkside Hospital Wimbledon, Nuffield Health Woking, and the Fitzwilliam Hospital Peterborough. She returned to her hometown in 2016, with a plan to make a difference to the local community by spreading her passion for Physiotherapy, and Physio-led Pilates and Exercise.
Charlotte’s passion for Physiotherapy started at a young age. She originally trained and worked as a professional dancer. She used to spend hours in dance studios pushing her body to its limit, and she would visit a Physiotherapist regularly to sort out any injuries and niggles. From the age of 11 she started to practice Pilates on a daily basis, as a way of healing injuries and getting stronger. Having such a proactive and preventive approach to her training really helped her to get inured less. So when she retrained to become a Physiotherapist her approach to treating people has always been “prevention is better than cure”. This organic and proactive approach can help you to stay strong and healthy throughout your life.
