The 31 Day Challenge

The 31 day Challenge is a collection of 31 short classes (5-10 minutes long). This is a fun way to get your daily motivation flowing, and its also a great challenge to follow if you’re new to Physio-led Pilates and want to learn the moves. It starts off easy at the beginning and gets progressively harder as you make your way through the challenge. Each day of the week we work on a different area of the body, so by the end of each week you’ll have done a full body workout. Enjoy!
