Since the very beginning of the Covid-19 pandemic, Charlotte has been offering online Physio-led exercise classes. At Physio and Pilates In Motion we are determined not to let a global pandemic stop people from exercising and experiencing all the great physical and emotional benefits that exercise brings! Exercising online and at home is by far the safest thing to do at the moment, but it takes a bit of motivation.
That’s why you need Charlotte by your side! Her classes are fun and engaging. She offers a huge variety of classes, including: ‘On Demand’ and live ‘Zoom’ classes, Physio-led Pilates classes (from gentle to advanced levels), stretch & mobility classes, HIIT classes, dance fitness, balance challenges.
There really is something to suit everyone.
Once signed up, here’s what you will receive each week:
- At least 3 brand new ‘On Demand’ classes each week. You can enjoy these classes at a time to suit you. Available 24/7 in the comfort and safety of your own home.
- 2 live Zoom classes. Join me every Wednesday @ 6pm and Saturday @ 10:15am.
- Access to the whole ‘Physio and Pilates In Motion’ online class library. There are now over 200 classes to choose from, and the variety is endless; Choose from Physio-led Pilates classes (gentle to advanced levels), stretch & mobility classes, HIIT classes, dance fitness, balance challenges. There really is something to suit everyone.
- Access to the private ‘Physio and Pilates In Motion’ Facebook group. This is a friendly group that offers motivation, exercise class links, and positive support.
- Daily motivation emails. You will receive an upbeat email everyday with your class links and exercise inspiration.
